GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • Location: 4YFN will be located in Hall 8.1 and a section of Hall 8.0 at Fira Gran Via Venue
  • This stand package is available as 4-day product


PACKAGE DESCRIPTION:

Startup Pod:
  • Pod of irregular (150cm x 175cm) size located in Corner structure of 8 or 10 pods
  • 1x Welcome Desk with lockable cabinet
  • 2x Stools
  • 1x Spotlight arm on structure for lighting
  • Stand number showing on structure
  • Startup Information - Branding & Company Details printed on the fascia
  • Carpet
  • Power Supply:
    • 1.2KW for laptop or phone charging
    • 1x Double socket at welcome desk
  • Cleaning: Basic Cleaning will be provided once set-up is finished and every evening during event day

Wifi: 4YFN will offer courtesy wifi for web browsing and email checking. Companies should not rely on this wifi to conduct any type of Demos or heavy wifi usage.

  • Limited number of complimentary Exhibition Passes for staff and guests depending on the stand size

Please note:
  • If the Startup Information form is not submitted by the deadline, Exhibitors will need to contact servifira and purchase additional graphics. Print cost will apply depending on the stand type and print requirements
  • If graphics are not submitted through the OEM or purchased with servifira, only the company name known to the Organisers will be printed on the fascia


DOS & DONT'S: 

Additional Items:
  • Bring bulky elements on your stand that changes the available space is not permitted. Stools have been positioned in order to respect the social distancing and can't be moved in order to have large elements on your stand
  • Due to space limitations, additional orders for your Startup Pod are restricted to the below and can only be hired through servifira
    • AV Services: 32'' TV Screen (maximum size). Please note, it’s forbidden to place TV screens outside of stand area – if you purchase the TV through Servi Fira for an individual Pod, it will be directly mounted to the structures in order to occupy less space. 
    • WiFi & Wired Internet
  • Furniture: ordering of additional furniture is not permitted
Branding:
  • Pull-up banners, posters or any other form of branding are not permitted on the aisles
  • Pull-up banners are not permitted within the Startup Corner structure
  • No graphics or decoration shall be allowed to be attached on the pod structure
Corner Structure:
  • Startup Pods are located in Corner structure of 8 or 10 pods. There is no clear side border between pods
  • The common area within the Corner Structure should be kept clean
