Note: All stands, meeting rooms and hospitality suites need to be operational during the visitor opening times of the exhibition areas as a minimum (08:30 - 19:00). Those that are locatd in areas which are subject to the hospitality opening times, can choose to open earlier or close later than the exhibition area opening times, but need to be operational during the exhibition opening times as a minimum. It's the exhibitor's responsibility to secure their stand space at all times.
