GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • Location: 4YFN will be located in Hall 8.1 and a section of Hall 8.0 at Fira Gran Via Venue
  • Startup Corners are designed for Delegations/Companies hosting Startups within their exhibition space
  • Public Institutions Startup Corner structures can have 8 pods
  • This stand package is available as 4-day product or a Rotating product with Companies rotating, 2-days (Monday-Tuesday or Wednesday-Thursday).
  • The Main Parent Company should provide each Startup Company´s details and location within their Startup Corner structure, by submitting the Stand Co-exhibitors form


PACKAGE DESCRIPTION:


Corner Structure:
  • Of 8 Startup Pods. There is no clear side border between pods
  • Power Supply: 6.6KW per corner
  • Carpet
  • Cleaning: Basic Cleaning will be provided once set-up is finished and every evening during event day
  • Branding on back wall
  • Branding in triangular shape between startup pods to identify the delegation host
  • Wifi: 4YFN will offer courtesy wifi for web browsing and email checking. Companies should not rely on this wifi to conduct any type of Demos or heavy wifi usage

  • Information for Co-exhibitors - Startup Pods:
    • Pod of irregular size located in Corner structure of 8 pods
    • 1x Welcome Desk with lockable cabinet
    • 2x Stools
    • 1x Spotlight arm on structure for lighting
    • Stand number showing on structure
    • Power:
      • Standard power for laptop or phone charging
      • 1x Double socket at welcome desk
    • Startup Information - Branding & Company Details printed on the fascia
      • Co-exhibitors will be able to submit their artwork file and company details through the corresponding form in this Manual
      • Wifi: 4YFN will offer courtesy wifi for web browsing and email checking. Companies should not rely on this wifi to conduct any type of Demos or heavy wifi usage.
      • Please note:
        • After the deadline, co-exhibitors will need to contact servifira and purchase additional graphics. Print cost will apply depending on the stand type and print requirements
        • If graphics are not submitted through the OEM or purchased with servifira, only the company name known to the Organisers will be printed on the fascia

Exhibition Passes: 

  • The Delegation Company is allocated a limited number of complimentary Exhibition Passes for staff and guests depending on the stand size
  • The Delegation Company will be allocating the Exhibition Passes to each Startup Company

Please note:
  • If the Startup Corner Public Institution Artwork Submission form is not submitted by the deadline, Exhibitors will need to contact servifira and purchase additional graphics. Print cost will apply depending on the stand type and print requirements
  • If graphics are not submitted through the OEM or purchased with servifira, only the company name known to the Organisers will be printed on the fascia


DOS & DONT'S: 

Additional Items:
  • Bring bulky elements on your stand that changes the available space is not permitted. Stools have been positioned in order to respect the social distancing and can't be moved in order to have large elements on your stand
  • Due to space limitations, additional orders for your Startup Pod are restricted to the below and can only be hired through servifira
    • AV Services: 32'' TV Screen (maximum size). Please note, it’s forbidden to place TV screens outside of stand area – if you purchase the TV through Servi Fira for an individual Pod, it will be directly mounted to the structures in order to occupy less space
    • WiFi & Wired Internet
  • Furniture: ordering of additional furniture is not permitted
Branding:
  • Pull-up banners, posters or any other form of branding are not permitted on the aisles
  • Pull-up banners are not permitted within the Startup Corner structure
  • No graphics or decoration shall be allowed to be attached on the pod structure
Corner Structure:
  • There is no clear side border between pods
  • The common area within the Corner Structure should be kept clean
