  • Please note, shell scheme stands may have a platform in order for adjacent stands to have access to services such as power, water and internet. This must be taken into consideration when planning for graphics on shell scheme stands.

  • Power Supply: 230V power supply available from Saturday 24 February 2024 (07:00 - 23:00)
    • Stands up to 18m2: 3.3kw/16A switchboard with 1 embedded socket and 1 triple socket base
    • Stands above 18m2: 6.6kw/32A switchboard with 1 embedded socket and 1 triple socket base

Key Collection:
Standard Meeting Room keys can be collected from the Exhibitor Care Help Desk located in the South Entrance Level -1 from Sunday 25 February 2024. In order to collect the key, Exhibitors will need to provide their exhibitor badge or business card as identification.

IMPORTANT: All stand packages are subject to change and will be adapted as necessary to adhere to all government guidance and regulations in place at the time of the Event.

Please note:
  • If the Fascia Name Board form is not submitted, the fascia name board will display the company name submitted through the Exhibitor Profile form. If none of these forms are submittted, the fascia name board will show the company name on the contract
  • If the Switchboard & Socket Location form is not submitted, the switchboard will be placed at Fira's discretion and additional costs may incur if it needs to be moved


anchorDOS & DON'TS

  • It is not permitted to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the panels. Exhibitors are advised to use double sided tape or velcro to attach posters
  • LED and LCD screens cannot be fixed on the Shell Scheme panels due to weight restrictions
  • Rigging above meeting rooms is not permitted
  • All decorative items and products must fit within the meeting room. No elements can be higher than the meeting room structure
  • Exhibitors planning on fitting out their Standard Meeting Room must send the stand plans to Abraxys Ltd for inspection. Please click here to visit the Stand Plan Submission page for more details
  • Exhibitors are not allowed to dismantle their Standard Meeting Room themselves and will be charged for any damaged material if this is attempted
