Specialized Account Management:
- A Fira Project Manager will be assigned to assist Exhibitors throughout the design and floorplan approval process
- The Fira Project Manager will ensure that rules and regulation are met and usage conditions are followed whilst helping Exhibitors maximize the potential of the space
PACKAGE DESCRIPTION:
Meeting Room Facilities:
- Furniture Package: details on the furniture package included in your CC1 Meeting Room will be available shortly
- Audio Visual Equipment:
- There is basic audio visual equipment provided with the rooms as detailed on the table below. Please note, the use of this AV will incur the cost of one technician
- You will be able to send your logo and requirements to your Fira account manager for the welcome screen outside of the room.
- Logo File Format: JPG or WMV (Windows Media Video 30 fps)
- Events can be recorded in rooms CC1.1 and CC1.4. Please note:
- The quality of image is not in high definition (460 lines)
- You should bring writable DVDs if you want your event to be recorded
- Interpretation Booth:
- The interpretation booth for rooms CC1.3 and CC1.4 is shared and therefore cannot be used at the same time. It will be allocated on a first come, first served basis
- Interpretation headsets can only be provided by your Fira account manager

- General lighting
- Heating / air-conditioning

- Cleaning:
- Included for common areas
- It will be done twice a day: early in the morning (before opening hours) and at midday
Exhibition Passes:
- Limited number of complimentary Exhibition Passes for staff and guests depending on the stand size

Please note: If you plan to bring any elements or build a structure inside the rooms, consult with your Fira Project Manager first for feasibility. You may need to provide stand plans and structural details for approval beforehand. Also, remember, space is extremely limited, and you must comply with all local building and health and safety regulations
FORMS & DEADLINES:
- CC1 Meeting Rooms hired for the whole duration of the show will be accessible from Sunday 25 February 2024
- CC1 Meeting Rooms hired for the day will only be accessible on the day of hire

- Additional Services: Due to the use and location of these rooms, additional services in the CC1 area can only be provided via your Fira account manager.
- Branding: Users of the rooms may not affix posters, placards, stickers or anything similar on the walls, floors, ceilings or columns of the rooms
- Catering: Due to the use and location of these rooms, only our official catering supplier Gastrofira can provide catering services in the CC1 area. Your Fira account manager will provide you with your GF PM contact.
