Stand composed of: 

  • Stand structure with white carpentry walls (244cm high) and no ceiling
  • Please note:
    • Stands with facades over 5m width may have an structural pillar in the centre for stability purposes
    • Stands over 30m2 may have a structural pillar in the centre of the space depending on the dimensions of their sides for stability purposes
  • Platform 3.6cmH
  • Standard grey carpet
  • General lighting: 1 LED spot of 11W/3m2
  • Carpentry box covering switchboard - Not fixed on stand structure
  • Stands above 18m2: 1m2 Storage room with lockable door
  • Fascia Name Board with company name and stand number

    • Branding is included with your Exhibition Stand Plus package to brand the counter and back wall
    • Dimensions:

  • AV Equipment: Free standing 40” screen with USB plug and HDMI cable
  • Power Supply: 230V power supply available from Saturday 24 February 2024 (07:00 - 23:00)
    • Stands up to 18m2: 2.2kw/16A switchboard with embedded socket and 1 double point socket
    • Stands above 18m2: 3.3kw/32A switchboard with embedded socket and 1 double point socket
    • Please note: Switchboards are not fixed to the stand structure
IMPORTANT: All stand packages are subject to change and will be adapted as necessary to adhere to government guidance and regulations in place at the time of the Event.

Please note:
  • If the Fascia Name Board form is not submitted, the fascia name board will display the company name submitted through the Exhibitor Profile form. If none of these forms are submittted, the fascia name board will show the company name on the contract
  • If the Artwork Submission form is not submitted, the Exhibition Stand Plus will not be branded. Exhibitors would need to arrange fro graphics with servifira at their own cost
  • If the Switchboard & Socket Location form is not submitted, the switchboard will be placed at Fira's discretion and additional costs may incur if it needs to be moved


DOS & DONT'S

  • It is not permitted to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the panels. Exhibitors are advised to use double sided tape or velcro to attach posters
  • Rigging above Exhibition Stand Plus is not permitted
  • All decorative items and products must fit within the stand. No elements can be higher than the exhibition stand plus structure
  • Exhibitors are not allowed to dismantle their Exhibition Stand Plus themselves and will be charged for any damaged material if this is attempted
