The Executive Meeting Rooms (EMRs) are highly functional meeting rooms that offer undisturbed privacy in a formal business setting. They share a communal reception area, reception counter and refreshment area. All rooms offer a high spec design including furniture and basic audio visual equipment, cleaning and security.

  • Location: Executive Meeting Rooms are located in Hall 2.1 and Hall 7
  • Key Collection: Executive Meeting Room keys can be collected from the corresponding EMR Reception from Saturday 24 February 2024. In order to collect the key, Exhibitors will need to provide their exhibitor badge or business card as identification

  • Staffed reception area
  • Standard business centre facilities (copier / printer)
  • Quiet waiting areas for guests with Wi-Fi access
  • Complimentary tea, coffee & water located in the reception and meeting zone areas

  • Dedicated audio visual staff
  • IT assistance available


Meeting Room Facilities:

  • Soundproof walls and ceilings
  • Lockable door
  • Carpet
  • Nameplate on door: room number and company logo next to the meeting room door
  • Free public Wi-Fi (password protected)
  • Power supply
  • Air conditioning 
  • General lighting
  • Cleaning: cleaning is included with the Executive Meeting Room Package

Furniture Package:

  • Please check the corresponding presentation in the table below to confirm the furniture items included in your Executive Meeting Room package
  • Furniture items included within the contract are provided as a set package and therefore it is not possible to change these for preferred items without an additional cost

Branding:
  • Custom graphic inside the room
  • Graphic submission after the deadline will be subject to availability and may incur an additional fee

AV Package:
  • 1 x 55" TV Screen, Full HD (1920 x1080) with USB and HDMI ports
  • HDMI cable for laptop connection

  • Due to the unique nature of the EMR construction, any requests for additional power supply cannot be guaranteed. Requests must first be reviewed and approved in accordance with local health & safety regulations before a confirmation can be given. DOS & DON'TS:

  • It is not permitted to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the walls
  • Pull-up banners, posters or any other form of branding is not permitted in the aisles or common areas
  • It is not allowed to move the air condition or move any furniture between rooms or place them outside the Executive Meeting Room
  • Custom builds or furniture rental: Servifira is the official appointed furniture contractor for the Executive Meeting Rooms and it is strictly forbidden to contract any other supplier for custom builds or furniture rental
  • Catering: Gastrofira is the only supplier permitted to provide catering services in the Executive Meeting Rooms
