If you require further information on Fira Gran Via such as location/access, facilities onsite and other useful venue information, please refer to the Venue Information section
  • Opening Hours: Please check the Opening Times & Access section in this Manual to confirm the CC8 area opening hours
  • Handover: Daily Meeting Rooms are only accessible on the day of your hire

    • The rooms are equipped with tables and chairs
    • Standard layout of the rooms is theatre style
      • This can modify if needed at an additional cost. Please contact servifira should you wish to change the layout of your Daily Meeting Room

  • Heating /Air-conditioning
  • Free Public Wi-Fi
  • Cleaning:
    • This is inside the meeting room and for common areas
    • It will be done twice a day: early in the morning (before opening hours) and at midday

  • Exhibitor Access: from 07.00 to 22.00 on the day of your room hire
  • Visitor Access: 07.30 to 22.00 Monday to Wednesday & 7.30 to 16.00 Thursday
  • You will not be able to access the room before your day rental as it will be used by other clients
  • Attendees of your meetings/seminars must hold a valid MWC pass to be able to enter the venue. Please visit the Registration section for further information
  • It is strictly forbidden to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the walls
  • It is not possible to brand the meeting room other than placing free standing pop up banners inside the room
  • External branding is not permitted in your Daily Meeting Room
  • The CC8 Manager will hand over the room at your arrival. Once your event is finished, the CC8 Manager will supervise the room to ensure that all items are in place and that not damage has been done to the room. Please note, you may incur extra charges if the room has been damaged
  • Due to the location of the CC8 only our suppliers Servifira and Gastrofira can provide additional services for Business Meeting Rooms
Waste Removal:
  • MWC has 0% waste tolerance policy, this means you are responsible for removing all stand fitting waste, decorative items and any other elements not included in your stand package. Please refer to the Waste Removal Policy for further information
