GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • Location: Business Meeting Rooms are located in Hall 8.1 in the CC8 area. Please check the Floorplan to confirm your Business Meeting Room location. If you require further information on Fira Gran Via such as location/access, facilities onsite and other useful venue information, please refer to the Venue Information section
  • Opening Hours: Please check the Opening Times & Access section in this Manual to confirm the CC8 area opening hours
  • Handover: Business Meeting Rooms will be accessible from Saturday 22 February 2020

PACKAGE DESCRIPTION:

Exhibition Passes: 

  • As a MWC exhibitor, you are allocated a limited number of complimentary Exhibition Passes for staff and guests, depending on your stand size.Please check your Registration section for more information
  • Note: Exhibitor Staff and Exhibitor Contractor Passes grant access to the venue from Thursday 20 February 2020


A 100 Word Company Profile and Product listing in:

  • The Official MWC Website and the GSMA Event App 
  • Product and Services Directory within the Official MWC Website
  • Please submit your company's profile through the 100 Word Profile form


Common Reception Area:

  • Entrance through the main aisle of the hall
  • CC8 zones managed by a dedicated manager 
  • Public Wi-Fi throughout the area

  • Furniture Package:
    • The furniture supplied with your meeting room is a set package and therefore not interchangeable with preferred items
    • You can book your Business Meeting Room with or without the Furniture Package. Please confirm your preferred option with your Account Manager

DOS & DON'TS

Branding:
  • It is strictly forbidden to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the walls
  • It is not possible to brand the meeting room other than placing free standing pop up banners inside the room
  • External branding is not permitted in your Business Meeting Room
  • The CC8 Manager will hand over the room at your arrival. Once the show is finished, the CC8 Manager will supervise the room to ensure that all items are in place and that not damage has been done to the room. Please note, you may incur extra charges if the room has been damaged
Keys:
  • One copy of the door key to your Business Meeting Room can be collected between 8:00 - 20:00 from Saurday 22 February 2020 onwards at the CC8 Reception Desk
  • Please note these Business Meeting Rooms are guarded by a security manager who is in the CC8 Room area at all times
Suppliers:
  • Due to the location of the CC8 only our suppliers Servifira and Gastrofira can provide additional services for Business Meeting Rooms
Waste Removal:
  • MWC has 0% waste tolerance policy, this means you are responsible for removing all stand fitting waste, decorative items and any other elements not included in your stand package. Please refer to the Waste Removal Policy for further information
