HELPFUL HINTS FOR WALL & CARPET PACKAGE:
- Drilling, stapling or affixing any attachments to the panels is prohibited. It is advisable to use low tack, removable double-sided tape or removable Velcro to attach posters. Exhibitors will incur costs for any damage to walls/panel structures.
- All decorative items and products MUST fit within the booth; elements higher than 8’ H are prohibited and line of sight must be maintained.
- Audiovisual such as Plasma and LCD screens/monitors cannot be affixed to Wall & Carpet panels due to weight restrictions, and all monitor options are either freestanding (dual-post) or tabletop.
- Exhibitors may NOT alter or dismantle their Wall & Carpet booth type.

IMPORTANT: Popcorn and unshelled peanuts are not allowed in booth/exhibition halls at any time. Taste of LA retains the exclusive rights to provide, control and retain all food and beverage services throughout the facility for the events, THIS INCLUDES BOTTLED WATER. No food, beverage, or alcohol will be permitted to be brought into or removed from the Los Angeles Convention Center by the client or any of the client's guests or invitees without the written approval by Taste of LA. Please contact Taste of LA for more information regarding food sampling and distribution. All Food & Beverage orders should be placed through Taste of LA.
