Targeted Freight Schedule & Wristband Requirements

MWC Los Angeles 2020 utilizes a targeted freight plan when accepting freight directly at show site.  A targeted freight plan is where each booth space has an assigned delivery date and time based on the location on the exhibit floor.

Wristbands Requirements

All exhibitor staff and their exhibitor appointed contractors (EAC) must be registered.  Exhibitors and their EAC can access the venue with either a wristband or an event badge.  Once registered, access to the venue during installation does require a wristband, and may be utilized from Saturday, October 24 to Tuesday, October 27.  Access to the exhibition hall will begin on your targeted freight move-in date. During dismantle starting on October 30, wristbands will be available for those who do not have an event badge.

Requests for wristbands for the Installation and Dismantle period may be completed via the Move-In/Move-Out Passes form located in the Online Event Manual (OEM).  This form is located via Forms and Deadlines and must be completed no later than Friday, October 2.
