Welcome to the registration & event access section of the Online Event Manual.


REGISTRATION

There is NO Exhibitor & Partner (E&P) system for MWC21 Los Angeles. All invitations and registrations will be managed by codes. Information on your pass allocation and personal registration codes will be available on this page 1-2 weeks after your contract is fully signed. 

Below is a list of pass types available. Your allocation of pass types and quantity of passes will depend on your agreed contracted booth package.

  • Partner Staff – same benefits as Exhibition Visitor Pass (includes Extended Hours Access)
  • Exhibition Visitor Pass – with access to Exhibition and selected Conference sessions
  • Gold Pass – with access to Exhibition, Conference and over 20 track sessions (includes Extended Hours Access)

  • Badge Pick-Up:  Government issued photo ID (e.g. driving license, passport) is required to collect your badge
  • All pass holders will be permitted to access lobby areas beginning at 8:00 AM each day of the event
  • The hall opens at 8:00 AM for exhibitors and 9:00 AM for all other attendee pass types
  • The show closes on Thursday, October 28 at 3:00 PM
  • Exhibitors with Extended Hours Access badges (Partner Staff or Gold) will be able to remain in the venue until 8:00 PM in order to remove valuable goods from their booth that can be taken by hand without the use of handcarts

ACCESS

All attendees must be able to show proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test result (PCR or Antigen).

  • This is a requirement from Mon 25 Oct through to Thu 28 Oct

  • Remember Covid-19 test results are only valid for 72 hours from when you were tested, and you are only permitted entry into the venue if you have a valid test for the entire event day, meaning you will have access into the event on the day of your test plus the following 2 event days
  • All attendees will have their temperature checked on entry into the venue
  • All attendees must present a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport at access.
  • Masks must be worn in all indoor areas
