Sponsorship Implementation Overview

By becoming a sponsor at MWC Los Angeles, you will be able to establish valuable relationships and spark creative collaboration. Sponsorship at MWC Los Angeles helps your organization reach the right people, in the right place, at the right time.

  • Company logo on the MWC Los Angeles website (Sponsors & Partners section), hyperlinked to your website – please submit it through this online manual by going to Forms & Deadlines
  • Company profile listed online and the event app
  • Dedicated Sponsorship Project Manager for pre-event and onsite support. Please note: your Sponsorship Project Manager will be in touch with you shortly. In the meantime, please log on to the Online Event Manual and submit as many ‘mandatory forms’ as possible, including logos.

Accepted formats:

  • For digital use, please send an EPS and a high resolution JPEG or PNG logo file
  • For website use, please remember to submit the URL you would like us to use to link your company logo with

Forms & Deadlines

Please refer to the Forms & Deadlines page to ensure you have submitted all the required documentation within the deadline specified to you by your MWC Los Angeles Support Team.

Your Sponsorship Project Manager will provide you with a full deadline tracker within the coming weeks.

Project planning starts in May 2019 and key deadlines will be in early July 2019, including build schedules. Print artwork deadline is September 4 2019.


GSMA Sponsorship Implementation Contacts

All Sponsors are allocated a dedicated Sponsorship Project Manager to be their day-to-day contact, who will manage the implementation of your sponsorship package. Your Sponsorship Project Manager will reach out to you to schedule your kick-off call and discuss the particulars of your package, including deadlines, from May 2019 onwards. If you have any general enquiries before then, please email sponsorship@gsma.com and state your company name, sponsorship package purchased and the nature of your enquiry. We aim to respond to you within 24hours.
