Partner Program Overview

Partner Programs offer MWC Los Angeles 2019 attendees the opportunity to amplify their knowledge about the mobile industry. The programs are developed and presented by you and some of the top organizations in the mobile ecosystem. This is your opportunity to take the stage and provide invaluable industry learning opportunities for our attendees. Here are the types of programs being delivered in 2019:

  • 5G Talks
  • IoT Talks

Location & Dates

Location: The Theaters are located in the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC). Please refer to the venue information section of the manual for further information on the LACC.

Dates: Wednesday, October 28 – Friday, October 30, 2020

Open Times: 07:30 AM – 05:00PM

Walkthroughs and Rehearsals available on Tuesday, October 27, 2020


GSMA Theater Support Contacts

All Partners are provided with a dedicated MWC Los Angeles Support Team to assist with the planning of the Partner Program in the areas of partnership, marketing, operations, and registration. Your Event Program Manager will reach out to you to schedule your kick-off call at which time you will be introduced to the full team. From there you will decide how often you would like to meet to cover all the deliverables, talk about the program, and get questions answered.

PARTNER PROGRAMS - MARKETING
Your Event Program Manager will liaise with you to ensure that you are included in the MWC Los Angeles Marketing, PR, and Social Media channels. Channels include:
  • MWC Los Angeles website
  • Email Campaign
  • Social Media
  • Digital Show Daily
  • Press Release
ESSENTIAL PARTNER INFORMATION
Logos and URL:
Your logo will be included in several places to promote your event:
  • MWC Los Angeles website (URL will be linked to logo on the Sponsor and Partner page)
  • Signage in Partner Theater District
Your logos are due to us as soon as possible to be sure your presence is on the website on the Sponsor/Partner page.

Program Title and Description:

  • Deadline- TBC
  • (tentative) Provide session title by September 25, 2020
  • (tentative) Finalize website due no later than October 16, 2020

MWC LOS ANGELES EMAIL CAMPAIGN
Each Partner Program will be featured in one email during the weeks leading up to MWC Los Angeles. Deadline to submit content will be confirmed shortly by your partnership marketing manager: Please note that the email campaign does not include 5G Talks and IoT Talks.

NEW WEB PAGE REQUESTS & CHANGES
Each Partner Program's web page will be directly linked to the MWC Los Angeles web agenda. The content will be synced across the web and app for a consistent and uniform user experience. This will allow us to update web content quickly.
The main Partner Program page will have every company logo, session date & time and theater location. See the MWC19 example below. Elements of this design are subject to change for 2020.
