THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Exhibition Passes:

  • As a MWC Los Angeles 2019 exhibitor you have been allocated a certain amount of complimentary Exhibition Passes for staff and guests
  • Your pass allocation depends on your booth size. Please check the Pass Allocation section for further information.

A 100 Word Company Profile and Product listing in:

  • The Official MWC19 Los Angeles Website and the MWC19 Los Angeles Event App
  • You will be able to submit your company's profile through the 100 Word Profile form

Common area facilities:

  • Main Entrance and Reception managed by event staff
  • Quiet waiting areas for your guests with Wi-Fi access
  • Complimentary tea, coffee & water
  • Basic printer services

Meeting Room composed of:

  • A seamless finished unit with 10ft high hard walls
    • Any Executive Meeting Rooms located in rooms 504, 505, 506, 507, 510, 512, 513, or 514 will have 8ft high walls due to low ceilings in the room.
  • Standard black carpet
  • One conference table
  • One credenza
  • One programmable keypad lockable door placed to one side of the meeting room. If you wish to request a different location please contact your account manager and it will be reviewed
  • Fascia name board with company name and room number
    • Please send confirmation of your company name by submitting the Fascia Name Board form through Forms & Deadlines. Deadline for submission is Wednesday, August 14, 2019
    • If you do not return the form before the deadline, the text for your sign will be taken from the information in our possession
    • If you wish to customize your fascia name board, please contact Freeman at MWCLA@freeman.com. Please note this will incur an extra cost
  • Two (2) customizable graphics
    • One Interior custom graphic (72"W x 48"H)
    • One Exterior custom graphic with uplighting (8 pax – 180"W x 120"H, 12 pax - 236.5"W x 120"H)
      • Any Executive Meeting Rooms located in rooms 504, 505, 506, 507, 510, 512, 513, or 514 will have 8’H (96"H) graphic due to low ceilings.
    • Please refer to the Executive Meeting Room Artwork Submission form in the Forms & Deadlines. Deadline for submission is Wednesday, August 14, 2019.
  • One 42” flat screen monitor for display purposes
  • VGA and HDMI cable for laptop connection
  • Free public Wi-Fi

Electrical (10 Amp):

  • The number of outlets is dependent on the size of the Executive Meeting Room
  • If you would like to specify the location of the outlets within your space, please submit the Freeman Electrical Layout Form to MWCLA@freeman.com before Wednesday, September 25, 2019.
  • Please note if you do not return the Freeman Electrical Layout form, Freeman will use the default locations specified in the Executive Meeting Room Electrical Layouts document. Additional costs will be incurred if outlets are moved after the initial placement.
  • If you require additional electricity or 24 hour power, you will be able to order it through Freeman. Please click here to access the Freeman online ordering website

Furniture:

  • The furniture package is not interchangeable with other items
  • For furniture items that need to be removed before the meeting room walls are connected you will need to notify Freeman by Tuesday, September 10, 2019. Unwanted pieces can also be placed outside of your space and will be picked up by Monday, October 21, 2019. Onsite requests may incur a labor charge if wall panels have to be removed onsite to accommodate furniture placement and/or removal.
  • If you are planning to bring your own furniture, demo stations or any large items, please notify Freeman by Tuesday, September 10, 2019 to provide more details regarding your room setup
  • Additional furniture can be ordered through Freeman, please click here to access the Freeman online ordering website
    • The meeting room door is 3ft wide x 8ft high
    • Your freight will be delivered and placed outside your space

IMPORTANT: It is strictly forbidden to hire any other supplier other than Freeman for furniture rental in the Executive Meeting Rooms area

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EXECUTIVE MEETING ROOMS:

  • It is strictly forbidden to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the panels. It is advisable to use low tack, removable double sided tape or low tack, removable Velcro to attach posters. Exhibitors will incur costs for any damage to the panel structures
  • Exhibitors are not allowed to alter or dismantle their Executive Meeting Room
  • Flat screen monitors cannot be fixed on the walls due to weight restrictions. For these items please use the free standing or table top option. Please note this suite is not soundproof
  • Rigging above Meeting Rooms is strictly forbidden
  • External branding of your Meeting Room is permitted. Should you wish to add branding to the external walls of your Meeting Rooms these can be ordered through Freeman
  • Pull up Banners, posters or any other forms of branding are NOT permitted in or on the aisles or in the LACC lobby or common areas


Opening Times:

  • Please check the Executive Meeting Rooms section in Opening Times & Access page to confirm Move-In access


Cleaning:

  • Basic Cleaning (daily vacuum and emptying of wastebasket) will be provided for the Executive Meeting Room package before each event day starting on Tuesday, October 22, 2019
  • Please note Meeting Rooms will only be cleaned overnight if door is left unlocked
  • Should you require additional cleaning services, i.e. porter services, please visit the Freeman Online ordering website. For best rates, please place orders by Wednesday, September 25, 2019.
