STAND CONTRACTOR
As the Exhibitor you are subject to sourcing and hiring your own contractor to build your stand. If you require assistance with bespoke stand design, please refer to Exhibition Suppliers page. If you are using a Stand Contractor please ensure they also gain access to the information within this Event Manual. This can be managed by clicking here. Please ensure you and your contractors read and fully understand the Health and Safety Rules and Stand Building Regulations of this manual and adhere to all regulations. Please ensure your contractor sends all compulsory health and safety documentation immediately.
PARTITIONS
There are no walls provided between Space Only stands. All Space Only stands must provide their own self-supportive back walling where backing onto a neighboring stand or perimeter walling, with the minimum height being 2.5m and the maximum height limit is 4m. Any partition wall above 2.5m in height that is overlooking neighbor stands must be dressed from the rear in a neutral colour, without logos or branding. It is very important to take into consideration the impact higher stands will have on neighboring stands. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to ensure that any walls backing onto a neighboring stand space are finished in an appropriate manner as mentioned above.
CARPET
Space only stands do not include carpet or floor covering which is compulsory. Should you require carpet or floor covering, please check Exhibition Suppliers page. Exhibitors are reminded that their contractors must remove their carpet and floor coverings at the end of the event.
