The GSMA employs a dedicated MWC19 Shanghai PR campaign to maximise coverage among international business media, trade press, industry analysts and online media and bloggers. The following are ways you can maximise your company's media exposure at the Congress.


We encourage participation and registration by accredited members of the media and industry analysts.  Please note that only accredited press and industry analysts will receive a complimentary media pass to MWC19 Shanghai (please refer to media accreditation), which includes a range of benefits, such as access to the keynotes and conference sessions, exhibition access, exclusive use of the Media Centre facilities and more.  The Media Centre includes desk areas, fixed line Internet connection points for laptops, printing capabilities, coffee/tea/snacks and more.

Sponsored media to events is a common practice in Asia, if you are planning to sponsor a group of media to attend MWC19 Shanghai, our PR team will facilitate the registration and ensure a streamlined process.  Please contact


The pre-registered press and analyst list for MWC19 Shanghai is made available as a benefit to exhibitors, sponsors and partners and is accessible exclusively through the online Event Manual; the MWC Shanghai PR team does not email this directly to exhibitors or sponsors or their PR agencies. We do not make the list available to general attendees. Further, exhibition managers will be responsible for providing the press/analyst list or the log-in details for the Event Manual to their PR support teams as appropriate.
