Manage your Exhibition in just 7 Easy Steps!

  1. Manage your Contractors: You have the ability to assign forms to a contractor or a third party that will be involved in setting up and managing your event.

This ensures the correct information gets submitted in a timely manner.

    • Firstly add a contractor to your list. They will then receive their own, separate login details to the Event Manual
    • Secondly assign forms to this contractor. They will then become visible in the contractor account. You always have the possibility to un-assign any form back to your account.
    • Please visit Manage My Contractors page for more information
    • Fill in the mandatory Damage Deposit & Contractor Information form, so we have up to date records of your on-site operations.

Please note, that in order to give your contractor access during build-up or dismantling, you must assign the Build-up & Dismantling Passes form to them, which is where they have to apply for their wristbands.

  2. Submit Mandatory and Optional Forms: Each of your stands purchased for the upcoming M Shanghai will require mandatory forms to be filled out in order for you to set up and participate in the event. The mandatory forms will vary from each stand package but many of them include the following: Risk Assessment, Method Statement and Stand Plan Submission.

To find out what mandatory forms you must complete go to Forms & Deadlines for a complete view of all your mandatory forms along with other optional forms and services to complete your stand package. You can track your progress in the new status bar featured at the top of the homepage.

  3. See your Package details: Confirm your stand / meeting room package details and see examples of the stand visuals in My Exhibition Space / My Meeting Room section.

  4. Complete your 100 Word Profile: The 100 Word Profile gives you the opportunity to highlight your company’s business, brand and proposition – in both English and Chinese! This profile will be published online and also printed in the Exhibition Catalogue distributed at the exhibition.

  5. Add a logo: If you haven’t already, why not purchase a logo to go along with your 100 Word Profile? It is the perfect accompaniment to highlight your profile even further. Go to the Logos page for more information, or to upload your logo if it has already been purchased. If you would like to purchase the logo please contact sales team on sales@mwcshanghai.com.
