If you wish to have a co-exhibitor on your stand please contact your GSMA sales representative.

Your Co-Exhibitor Package includes:

• Company Profile in English and Simplified Chinese on MWC Shanghai website.
• Inclusion in all Exhibitor Lists produced for the event. Please click here to submit an English profile and/or here to submit a Chinese profile and select the product category.
• Company listing on the MWC Shanghai website.

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR CO-EXHIBITORS

It is strictly prohibited for companies to share a stand without the permission of GSMA Ltd and a confirmed Co-Exhibitor Package.

CO-EXHIBITOR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Co-Exhibitor you will have to: 

• Accept our Terms & Conditions upon logging in to the Event Manual for the first time. Terms & Conditions contain an important Health & Safety declaration. After you have accepted these Terms & Conditions, they will be available for review here at any time.
• Submit your own MWC Shanghai website profile entry your English and Chinese. Please make sure that you coordinate all other requests and your registration requirements with your main exhibitor contact.

MAIN EXHIBITOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Please note that as a main exhibitor you will have to: 

• Submit all the compulsory Health and Safety documentation for the show. For further information, please click here to view General Health & Safety section.
• Coordinate all services and registration requirements with your Co-Exhibitor.
• Make sure your Co-Exhibitor complies with all Rules and Regulations for the show.
