Please note you are permitted to change or increase your furniture requirements however all changes / additions will be at your own cost. Please contact the official contractor for a quote or refer to the furniture order forms within the Forms & Deadlines section.

Company Name Board and Stand Sign

Please ensure you complete the Startup Plus fascia & artwork submission form, to ensure that your company name will appear correctly on your stand. If you do not return the form before the deadline 17 May 2024, the text for your sign will be taken from the information in our possession, which may not be correct.

Branding

It is strictly forbidden to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the panels. You are only permitted to use double sided tape or Velcro to attach posters. Please note that it is not permitted to decorate any exterior panels of your stand.

Stand Contractor

As an Exhibitor you are subject to sourcing and hiring your own contractor to build your stand. If you require assistance with bespoke stand design, please refer to Exhibition Suppliers page. If you are using a Stand Contractor please ensure they also gain access to the information within this Event Manual, this can be managed by clicking here. Please ensure you and your contractors read and fully understand the Health and Safety Rules and Stand Building Regulations of this manual and adhere to all regulations. Please ensure your contractor sends all compulsory health and safety documentation immediately. 

Partitions

There are no walls provided between Space Only stands. All Space Only stands must provide their own self-supportive back walling where backing onto a neighboring stand or perimeter walling, with the minimum height being 2.5m and the maximum height limit is 4m. Any partition wall above 2.5m in height that is overlooking neighbor stands must be dressed from the rear in a neutral colour and without logos or branding. It is very important to take into consideration the impact higher stands will have on neighboring stands. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor and their contractor to ensure that any walls backing onto a neighboring stand space are finished in an appropriate manner using neutral colours and materials and that these areas are free of branding. 

Carpet

Space only stands do not include carpet or floor covering which is compulsory. Should you require carpet or floor covering, please check Exhibition Suppliers page. Exhibitors are reminded that their contractors must remove their carpet and floor coverings at the end of the event.

General Information for Co-Exhibitors

It is strictly prohibited for companies to share a stand without the permission of GSMA and a confirmed Co-Exhibitor Package.

Co-Exhibitor Responsibilities

As a co-exhibitor you will have to:

• Accept our Terms & Conditions upon logging in to the Event Manual for the first time. Terms & Conditions contain important Health & Safety declaration. After you have accepted these Terms & Conditions, they will be available for review here at any time.
• Submit your own MWC Shanghai website profile entry your English and Chinese. Please make sure that you coordinate all other requests and your registration requirements with your main exhibitor contact.

Main Exhibitor Responsibilities
