Getting to the venue:

Taxi

  • We have designated areas at both North and South entrances where adapted taxis are allowed to stop and pick-up/ drop-off mobility restricted attendees by the local police
  • We offer an adapted taxi booking service prior to the event through our partners, Barcelona Special Traveller – a specialised local company on inclusivity services. If interested in this service, please contact:

Private Car

  • Drop off: We have a dedicated area at the VIP car pick up/drop off area at CC3. A car sticker needs to be requested in advance. Please contact: limo@b-network.com
  • Parking: Adapted parking spaces are available in Parking B and F. Car owners must present a valid disability sticker in the car

Public Transportation

  • The three closest metro stations to Fira Gran Via venue have adapted elevators (Europa Fira on FGC/ L9S, Fira on L9S and Foc on L10S)

Wheelchairs

  • There are three main access points at South Entrance, Hall 1 and North Entrance. Each hall has at least one adapted lift available which connects with the upper walkway
  • All toilets in Fira Gran Via have at least one adapted toilet for both men and women
  • Networking Gardens on the upper walkway have easy access to adapted elevators
  • Wheelchair spaces are reserved at all auditoriums. We are happy to help make arrangements for wheelchair users to access all our features

MINOR FRIENDLY SPACE

The Minor Friendly Space will be open to all parents/guardians of infants from Monday 28 June to Thursday 1 July. .


CAR PARKING

Fira Gran Via venue has parking spaces available. You can order car parking spaces from our venue exclusive supplier servifira. The price for a parking space is €3 per hour (€0.05 per minute) but if you prefer to book a space for the four event days (not including the weekend before the event) the price is €189

The parking spaces will be sold online  and onsite at the Exhibitor Service Desks from Wednesday 16 June 2021.

The parking is located within the venue. Only car parks B and F are available. There are several parking entrances, please click here to view the official MWC transport map where the parking locations are indicated. Please note 2,00m height restrictions (maximum headroom) apply to these parking spaces.

CASH MACHINE/ATM

There are two cash machines conveniently located inside the venue: one in the South Entrance and one in the North Entrance.

4YFN 2021 will be held at the Fira Gran Via venue, a cutting-edge exhibition and conference facility which provides greater space and flexibility. The venue is located in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, 10 km from the airport.

LOST & FOUND

The Fira Customer Service desk located inside of the venue in the South Entrance, Level -1 will house the lost & found coordination desk. Should you discover or be given a 'lost item please return it to one of the following areas:

  • The lost & found desk inside the police station, south entrance, Level 1 (for passports and documents only)

PRAYER ROOM

Multi-faith prayer space will be available for all attendees, from Monday 28 June to Thursday 1 July.


SHOPPING CENTRE

For any other goods that you would like to purchase and are not sold within the venue (for example sim cards), there is a shopping centre (approx. 3 minutes’ walk from the South Entrance) that has a supermarket and other shops for your convenience.
