PRESS ACCESS DURING BUILD UP AND DISMANTLING
Members of the press are strictly not allowed access to the exhibition halls during build-up or dismantling periods. Exhibitors who are found to have registered press as exhibition staff and have facilitated press access to the exhibition floor during these periods will be in violation of terms and conditions. Offenders will be expelled from the venue.

CONTRACTOR ACCESS DURING OPENING TIMES
- All exhibitors can register contractor personnel that they wish to have on-site during the opening days of the event if required
- Please note you will have to register these passes via the Exhibitor & Partner Invitation System. More information will be available closer to the event.
- Access will be given in accordance with exhibitor access times
DISMANTLING TIMES & ACCESS
- Dismantling of stands starts from Friday 2 July 2021 at 08:00
- The evening of Thursday 1 July 2021 is only for the removal of valuable items and hand carriables
- No construction work is allowed on Thursday 1 July 2021
- Exhibitors and Contractors must have the necessary pass to access the venue for dismantling. Build-up & Dismantling Access information will be available closer to the event

- All the items on these stand type need to be removed on the Thursday 1 July, as stands will be removed that same night. Do not leave anything in the locker of your stand as they will be dismantled. Organizers are not responsible for any items missing from the stands.
