Access to the Exhibitor & Partner Invitation System (E&P)

All registration coordinators will be sent an email with instructions on how to log in to their E&P account. Once logged in, you will be able to clearly see your allocation of complimentary passes on the Dashboard.
You are strongly advised to review the Help Section and watch the Tutorial Videos before starting to make sure you understand all the tools available to you.

The Exhibitor and Partner Registration System (E&P) is used for those with a complimentary allocation of passes to register their visitors and staff.
If you want to change who the main registration coordinator, click on Need to Know section at the top, then click on Additional Contacts and Registration Coordinator.

anchorAccess to the Fira Store

The Fira Store is a dedicated online platform for Exhibitors to order products and services they may require for their stand. Exhibitors can view their orders, download invoices and see their payment balance.

All confirmed exhibitors will receive an email with login details to access the Fira Store. If you don´t receive your login details to the Fira Store please contact

Co-exhibitors should note that if they wish to order any products or services via the Fira Store, they are required to go through their main exhibitor’s account.
Other Exhibitors should refer to the Manage My Space section for instructions on how to request any additional service they may require.
