GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • Location: 4YFN will be located in Hall 8.1 and a section of Hall 8.0 at Fira Gran Via Venue8.0 . Please check the Floorplan to confirm your stand location
  • Handover: Exhibition Stand Plus stands will be accessible from Saturday 24 February 2024

      • Exhibition Stand Plus of 10,5 sqm: 290cmH x 280cmW / template will be available in September 2023.
      • Exhibition Stand Plus of 13 sqm: 290cmH x 430cmW / template will be available in September 2023.
      • Exhibition Stand Plus MAX of 15.75 sqm : 290cmH x 430cmW / template will be available in September 2023.
  • Branding on side wall for company name
  • AV Equipment: Free standing 55” screen with USB plug and HDMI cable included – only for the 13sqmeter Exhibition Stand plus and Exhibitions Stand plus MAX
  • Power Supply: 230V power supply available from Saturday 24 February 2024 (07:00 - 23:00)
    • Standard power for laptop or phone charging
    • 3.3Kw switchboard
    • 2x Double socket
  • Cleaning: Basic Cleaning - sweep and empty bins - will be provided once set-up is finished and every evening during event day
  • Wifi: 4YFN will offer courtesy wifi for web browsing and email checking. Companies should not rely on this wifi to conduct any type of Demos or heavy wifi usage
IMPORTANT: All stand packages are subject to change and will be adapted as necessary to adhere to government guidance and regulations in place at the time of the Event.
