Build-up Schedule
General Information
Exhibitors should plan the design of their stand space with the level of complexity that can realistically be built within the official build up period.
Exhibitors who feel that more time may be needed for their construction can contact servifira directly to discuss the possibility of an early access tenancy agreement, at the exhibitors own cost.
- All personnel requiring access to the venue during build-up period must register for the necessary pass
- Exhibitors and Contractors may only access the site for build-up on the day detailed for your specific stand type.
- Please note, no vehicle movement or work at height is NOT permitted inside the venue on Sunday 27 February 2022. Click here for more details

Health and Safety
Please note that there are a number of new health and safety rules and regulations related to preventing the transmission of COVID-19. Please ensure that all New Rules & Regulations are followed.
Security & ID Checks
- Passport or National ID must be presented when accessing the venue. ID checks will be performed at all access points
- Only Passport or European Union National ID Card will be accepted for access to 4YFN. This includes the build-up, event and dismantling periods. Other forms of ID including driving licenses or similar are not valid to access the venue
- Important: The ID document shown at access points must be the same used for registration
PPE - Personal Protective Equipment
- Flat shoes, pumps, heels of any kind (including trainer heels), wedges and open toed shoes such as sandals and flip-flops – are NOT permitted during build up and dismantling at any time. This is for your personal safety during the construction phase as well as if an incident was to occur
- Reminder: Hard hats and high visibility vests are required in order to gain entry to the venue during build-up and dismantling, except for the Sunday before the event starts
- Reminder: At present, face masks of a type permitted by local health authorities and the Venue are required in order to gain entry to the venue during build-up, show days and dismantling. *
Waste Removal
The waste patrol team will be contactable through the hall manager of the hall your stand is located in. All exhibitors without a Handover Certificate may be subject to extra penalty charges by GSMA in accordance with the waste removal penalties detailed in this event manual.
General waste bins and skips will not be provided inside the Venue. If exhibitors need this service, they will have to place an order at any of the customer service desks. You can contact servifira directly for any information you may need regarding this service as shown in the list.
A fee of up to€300 per m2 of your total stand size will be charged in case any materials are found abandoned around the site. Waste patrols will check waste left on stands, aisles and outdoor spaces.

Contractor Access during Event Open Days
- All exhibitors can register contractor personnel that they wish to have onsite during the opening days of the event if required. Access will be permitted in accordance with exhibitor access times
- Exhibitor Contractor Badge Type permits access to the venue from Wednesday 16 February.
